Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in 6th of October. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for marketing and selling properties, ensuring all documentation is accurate and legally binding, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and real estate professionals, conducting property viewings and inspections, negotiating client offers, and achieving sales targets.

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales target and increase market share.

2. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

4. Present and demonstrate our range of modern buildings and construction solutions to potential customers.

5. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability.

6. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for both the company and the customer.

7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and the customer.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

9. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the sales manager.

10. Continuously strive to improve sales performance and exceed target.

Job Requirements

Requirements: 

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset and strong attention to detail.

2. Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass sales targets and goals with Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques.

3. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences

Proven track record of success in the real estate market

4. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and relevant regulations

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

5. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic.

6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred..
