Job Description
- Development of brand awareness and online reputation
- Cultivation of leads and sales
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
- Achieve the KPIs of our social media strategy
- Measure the ROI of our marketing activities on our SNS accounts VS our spending
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages increasing the engagement
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Utilize the latest social media best practices and technologies to achieve our KPIs and targets
- collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Provide constructive feedback
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Job Requirements
- 3 To 5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices, Familiarity with artworks designing and publishing
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics, Good understanding of social media Computer skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, PP, Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet)
- Computer skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, PP, Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet)
- Excellent in English
