Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet regional export sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust plans to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Provide detailed sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential customers.
  • Expand the company’s market presence by identifying and penetrating new regions or sectors.
  • Manage and develop distributor and dealer networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to regional exports.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing support.
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics departments to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and business trips to promote the company’s products.

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in export sales, international trade, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in international markets.
  • Experience working with distributor and dealer networks.
  • Strong understanding of export processes, international trade laws, and regional market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting.
  • Knowledge of logistics, customs regulations, and shipping processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to make strategic decisions.
  • Proficient in identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Additional languages relevant to the region (e.g., French, Spanish, Germany, Russian, etc.) will be a plus.
