Job Description

  • Preventive & Corrective Maintenance:
    • Execute, supervise, and improve planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules for all electrical machinery, panels, control systems, and automation components (PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, sensors).
    • Perform timely corrective maintenance (CM) and troubleshooting of electrical faults, breakdowns, and automation system malfunctions to minimize downtime.
    • Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical circuits, motor controls, power distribution systems, instrumentation, and control loops.
  • Automation & Control Systems Management:
    • Program, configure, and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) from various manufacturers (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric).
    • Optimize existing automation programs and control logic to enhance machine performance, reduce energy consumption, and improve safety.
    • Assist in integrating new automation technologies and systems into existing production lines.
  • Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth root cause analysis for recurring electrical and automation failures to implement long-term solutions.
    • Utilize electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control logic diagrams for effective troubleshooting.
  • Installation & Commissioning Support:
    • Provide technical support during installing, commissioning, and startup new electrical equipment and automation systems.
    • Ensure proper wiring, calibration, and configuration of new components.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation & Control Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3:5 years of proven experience in electrical maintenance and automation in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
    • Hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems, motor control centers (MCCs), power distribution, and instrumentation.
    • Demonstrable experience in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000), HMI development, and VFD configuration.
