Job Description

  • Technical Support & Audits: Provide technical support to the maintenance team, visit sites for audits, and evaluate technicians' and supervisors' performance.
  • Planning & Coordination: Develop and manage maintenance schedules, optimize resource allocation, and coordinate branch activities to ensure efficient operations.
  • Customer Interaction & Follow-ups: Follow up with customers regarding quotations, explain justifications, and ensure approvals. Support the collection team in facilitating receivables.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track maintenance activities, analyze performance metrics, and implement corrective actions for recurring issues. Submit technical reports to customers and management.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with SLAs and contractual obligations, maintaining high service quality and response times.
  • Issue Resolution & Customer Satisfaction: Address customer complaints, maintain strong client relationships, and provide updates on maintenance activities.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and safety standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in service operations, preferably within the elevators and escalators industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising field teams and managing service schedules.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in using service management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Solid understanding of safety standards, ISO certifications, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within Alexandria and occasionally to other branches as required.
