Job Description
Responsible for the developing of the whole sector for the companies of NSPO that by doing the following:
1. Studying all the companies in the sector and create reports about the following:
- Product
- Price
- place
- promotion
- physical evidence
- process
- People
2. Studying Local and international competition of each product per each company and helping with the marketing team of each company to create its business plan
3. Reporting the quality of machinery and production capabilities as well as production capacity.
4. Making corrective actions in creating appealing CI and branding for each company.
5. Creating a communication plan locally and internationally for each company with the cooperation of the marketing teams.
6. Making a plan for the participation in the local and international exhibitions.
7. Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
8. Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs
9. Arranging business meetings with prospective clients
10. Promoting the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
11. Preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
12. Keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
13. Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
14. Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
15. Developing entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Job Requirements
- An MBA holder with Marketing or International Marketing Major.
- More than 10 Years experience as a Marketing Manager in FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Proven sales track record.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
