JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for creating and designing unique travel experiences that focus on wellness, relaxation, and personal growth. As a Wellness Travel Designer, you will work closely with instructors to understand their needs, preferences, and goals, and create customized itineraries and retreats that exceed their expectations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborate with instructors to understand their travel needs and preferences
- Develop customized retreat itineraries that meet client’s objectives and budget
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options
- Coordinate all aspects of the retreat, including logistics, reservations, and scheduling
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and during the retreat
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners in the industry to stay up-to-date with trends and offerings
- Create marketing materials and proposals to promote retreats to potential instructors.
- Reach out for instructors and arrange collaboration with them.
- Continuous update for vendors and suppliers database.

- Ability to provide creative solutions to address client's needs and preferences
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A 3 years of experience in travel planning is a huge plus, preferably in the wellness or luxury travel industry
- Experience with group facilitation, wellness practices, or personal development is preferred
- Proven record of creating successful retreat or events
