Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the unique market dynamics of each governorate.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and promotion team, instilling a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Set performance targets, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to enhance team effectiveness and morale.
Sales Performance Management:
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Implement corrective actions to address performance gaps and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and local partners to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and strengthen industry connections.
Promotional Activities:
- Assess the efficacy of promotional strategies and adjust tactics based on market feedback and sales performance.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare comprehensive sales and promotion reports for senior management, outlining performance metrics, market insights, and strategic recommendations in the governorate.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Availability to travel within the governorate as required.
- Proven experience of a minimum 7 years in sales management, preferably within a specific governorate, with 2 years of experience in management roles.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analytics and sales management software.
