Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the unique market dynamics of each governorate.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and promotion team, instilling a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Set performance targets, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to enhance team effectiveness and morale.

Sales Performance Management:

  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Implement corrective actions to address performance gaps and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and local partners to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and strengthen industry connections.

Promotional Activities:

  • Assess the efficacy of promotional strategies and adjust tactics based on market feedback and sales performance.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare comprehensive sales and promotion reports for senior management, outlining performance metrics, market insights, and strategic recommendations in the governorate.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Availability to travel within the governorate as required.
  • Proven experience of a minimum 7 years in sales management, preferably within a specific governorate, with 2 years of experience in management roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and sales management software.
