Job Description
- Follow up inventory balance and coordinate with warehouses for the arrival of new shipments
- Continual review of shipping and arrival dates.
- Maintaining records of bank documents report.
- Review vendors’ invoices for accuracy and ensure alignment with quoted amounts; dispute invoiced amounts as necessary
- Maintaining records to Customs release balances.
- tracking the movement of goods through the supply chain using paperwork systems
- Maintaining records of customers remaining quantities.
- supervising Client’s contracts delivery operation on port (Import, local sales)
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an operations coordinator is preferred.
- Bachelor degree.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the same position.
- Experience in import/export operations would be preferable.
- Advanced experience with Excel
