Study the site and solve problems and obstacles before implementation.
Submit monthly work plans for projects.

Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, vendor manager, or any other relevant role
Previous experience in facility management, construction, or contracting field
BSc in engineering
Proven sales track record
Proficiency in MS Office &ERP
Proficiency in English
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Time management and planning skills
Effective and efficient Knowledge of project management techniques, skills, and techniques
The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
