Job Description

  • Provide financial reports and budget outlines to Executives
  • Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently
  • Draft new and improving existing project management office policies and processes
  • Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines Document the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as the project’s scope, budget, and justification
  • Analyze the organization’s current project management processes to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals, timelines, and budgets
  • Develop a customized project management plan that aligns with the organization’s needs and objectives. This might involve recommending new methodologies, tools, or software
  • Generate reports to track project progress, analyze data, and identify trends
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of the implemented plan
  • Continuously seeking improvement opportunities and suggesting adjustments to optimize future project delivery

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a relevant field is required
  • +15 years  experience in Management consulting field
  • Should be Proficient in writing technical reports
  • Has experience in writing technical proposals
  • Proficiency in various project management methodologies and tools is expected
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to details and technicalities
  • Excellent organizational and technical abilities
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management Officer
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
