Job Description
Required for an Australian Egyptian company (Job location in Cairo, Egypt) a Audio Visual Engineer as follows:
What you will do:
You will be required to perform Audio Visual design services for all types of buildings and systems including:
- Concept design and brief reports preparation
- Create detailed schematics and functional diagrams
- Create rooms/spaces layouts
- Create detailed systems specifications
- Prepare tender documentation
- Review and evaluate tender submissions
- Conduct site inspections and systems testing to prepare defects reports
You will be heavily involved with end-to-end processes of design across the built environment arena. You will be required to understand, prepare, and establish principles for drawings relevant to the project, design drawings, tender drawings, and shop drawings.
You will be a part of a dynamic diversified global team working collaboratively to deliver out of the box ideas and design solutions.

Job Requirements
- Electrical/Electronic/Computer science Engineering bachelor’s degree
- Solid experience with AutoCAD / Visio
- Solid experience with Audio Visual vendors and solutions
- Minimum of 4 years' experience
- Able to work remotely with a virtual team is a MUST
- Understanding of Revit/BIM tools and operations
- Experience on large and detailed projects
- Strong communication and organization skills
- High attention to detail needed
- ICT and Security systems experience
- Industry vendors and organization certification (CTS, Crestron, Extron, BIAMP, etc.)
