Job Description
- Manage memos, notes, and written communications within the organization.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
- Ensure schedules are up-to-date and well-organized.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Assist with stakeholders’ inquiries.
- Assist in recording financial transactions and maintaining records.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel logistics.
- Collaborate with external partners and clients.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience required as a secretary or PA is preferred.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
- Good Presentation, Communication & Organization Skills.
- fluent in English language written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
