Job Description
Duty 1: Meetings Management
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, customer meetings and customer requests
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
Duty 2: Schedule Management
- Make travel arrangements for all engineers and other technical members and coordinate with the Admin Specialist
- Prepare weekly and monthly calendar for Technical Operations Visits
Duty 3: Correspondence Management
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Duty 4: Work Management
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
