Job Description
- Receiving and issuing calls to customers on the company’s numbers, providing the information the customer needs (branches, distributors, products, prices) or resolving complaints submitted by customers.
- Ensure the availability of the products requested by customers and reserve them for them, whether the customer receives the product from the branch or delivers it to the customer, then directs the customers to the sales department to receive their products or sends the customer’s data to the e-commerce department.
- Follow social media platforms (Egypt-Dubai) to respond to messages or comments on posts related to the company’s accounts.
- Registering customer data.
