Job Description
- Supervise the finishing work on construction sites, ensuring that work is completed on time and to a high standard.
- Coordinate with other supervisors and contractors to ensure that all finishing work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage a team of finishing workers, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that work is completed to the required standard.
- Ensure that all finishing work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations, and that all workers are trained and equipped to work safely.
- Keep accurate records of all finishing work, including materials used, work completed, and any issues or delays encountered.
- Monitor quality control measures to ensure that all finishing work meets the required standards, and take corrective action as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, answering any questions they may have and keeping them informed of progress on the project.
- Identify areas for improvement in the finishing process, and work with management to implement changes that will improve efficiency and quality.
Job Requirements
