  • Responsiblefor payroll process.
  • Review the monthly payrollcalculation and ensurethat all employeetransactions have been accurately reflected in the calculation.
  • Coordinateall the onboarding and offboarding process for the new hiresand resigned employees.
  • Maintain and update the HR Information Systemto ensure that all employees’ information is up to date and effectively always managed.
  • Update and maintainthe employees’ files in compliance with Egyptian labor law.
  • Responsiblefor all personnel activities (files,contracts, HR letters,employee’s data and leaves recordings, Bank Accountsetc.).
  • Provides a thorough analysis of employee’s data, headcount, monthly payroll, social insurance, and any other required strategic analysis.
  • Responsiblefor staff contracts, renewals and offers
  • Develops implements and maintains HR processes regarding compensation, benefits, deductions, payroll, personnel, and administration.
  • Responsiblefor all public holiday announcements.
  • Create detailed reportson HR costs.
  • Resolves employee relationissues by counseling the managers and management.
  • Review and manage employee before and after hiring documents including social insurance (form 1,6).
  • Follow up medicalinsurance actions.
  • Responsiblefor implementing benefitawarding.
  • Assist in annual increasereport.
  • Assist in othertasks as requiredby the management.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • B.Sc. of commerce – business administration or related.
  • HR Diploma is a plus

Experience:

  • From 7 to 9 years proven experience preferably hospital field.

General skills:

  • Very good English language.
  • Excellent Ms. Office – Information management systems user.
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
  • Confidencein performance of duties.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to take initiative.
  • Adaptability to stressful situations.
  • Willing to learn more and grow in experience.
