Job Description
- Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and in-depth product knowledge.
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable vehicle based on their specific needs and preferences.
- Conduct informative test drives, providing detailed information about features, specifications, and pricing.
- Assess customers' financial situations and offer appropriate financing options.
- Explain financing terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules to customers.
- Collaborate with financial institutions to secure competitive financing for customers.
- Negotiate sales terms and conditions, ensuring both customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Work closely with customers to finalize pricing, trade-ins, and additional services.
- Present and clarify warranty options, service plans, and additional add-ons.
- Prepare and review sales contracts and financing agreements with customers.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to vehicle sales and financing.
- Coordinate with the finance department to efficiently process paperwork.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience as Automotive Sales.
. Previous experience in Finance or Automotive
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Strong customer service orientation.
· Knowledge of financing procedures and relevant legal regulations.
· Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
