Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at bluworks, a cutting-edge HR SaaS startup. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your expertise in consultative selling and ability to engage with C-level executives will be crucial in expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed company targets.
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and industry events.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely movement through the sales funnel using CRM tools.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies, share market feedback, and ensure seamless onboarding for new clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in HR tech or related fields.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

 

Skills:

  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise-level clients.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience selling HR SaaS solutions.
  • Knowledge of HR industry trends and challenges.
  • Success in managing and expanding existing client relationships.
