Job Description
• Participate in the preparation of BIM models for various buildings.
• Ensure that structural drawings align with architectural plans.
• Identify and resolve clashes and issues within the assigned BIM model.
• Ensure that the BIM model complies with standard BIM technical guidelines.
• Coordinate and integrate BIM models from different disciplines, including MEP and structural engineering.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure all models are up-to-date and accurately reflect project .
• Conduct regular reviews of BIM models to ensure accuracy and adherence to project standards.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in all BIM deliverables.
• Prepare detailed BIM documentation and reports for project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of all BIM activities and updates.
Job Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Architectural engineering.
• 6 - 10 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination, with a focus on architectural projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and technical guidelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
• Professional certification in BIM or related fields is a plus.
