Job Description
- Ensure that all NCRs are closed and follow up with all departments.
- Ensure that QMS is applied for all departments and Implementation of System.
- do investigations on Customer Complains and do analysis
- Issue complains for Supplier or Services provides.
- Co-operate with R&D, Quality, Process and Production teams for apply the WI for ea ch process.
- Analysis Quality and Operation Data for Continues improvement.
- Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Science Field
- Excellent Communication skills
