Job Description
- Create performance marketing campaigns on different online marketing channels ( e.g.: like Facebook and Google
- Set and regularly identify performance marketing parameters needed in order to optimize and modify marketing campaigns
- Implement the marketing brand and persona strategy and convert this plan into reality on various online platforms.
- Day-to-day management and modification of the performance marketing in order to increase the marketing campaign effectiveness
- Liaise with Content & Marketing team to produce designs and campaign content aligned with the performance marketing analysis.
- Ensure proper implementation of performance marketing process to achieve the target goals ( e.g.: more subscriptions, more app installs, more customer retention..etc....)
- Manage a across test and learn strategy traffic to drive insight into campaign traffic, brand and users needs
- Ensure continuous alignment with marketing team pre, during & post marketing campaign
- Drive the installation of the mentor App to drive engagement with users and customers
- Highlight all variables and specifications to optimize online marketing campaigns ( e.g.: target audiences, bidding tactics, consumer habits…etc.) to increase conversions
- Extract data from ad accounts on daily basis and execute data input on shared dashboards where all the team can share insights.
- Liaise with Technology team to test conversions events and generate reports to highlight any support needed.
- Meet with account managers from Facebook, Google,…etc. as needed to discuss issues and/or enhancements on ad accounts and best practices.
- Use external tools like Google Analytics and internal resources and extracted internal reports to track users’ behavior and conversions and provide action plan.
- Regularly update himself with market trends and new performance marketing and global rules that might affect our marketing strategy
Job Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Media or any related field
· More than 3 years of) Performance Marketing – Media Buying – Growth Marketing)
· Excellent command of Arabic and English.
· Good organization and planning skills.
· Creative and good writing skills.
· Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
