Lead the team of Business Developers
Research prospective customers in the target market
Maintain relationships with current customers, incl. receiving and implementing client feedback
Understand the company's product offerings, competitors in the industry, and the business' position in the market
Contact leads to identify their business needs and offer them the company’s services
Research on target client business for maximum effectiveness of sales calls and emails
Market the company’s services through targeted email to qualified leads
Follow up on client projects’ progress and provide status updates to clients
Ensure the highest customer satisfaction and focus on cross-selling to existing clients
Keep a daily log of outbound calls and emails to qualified leads
Collecting market information to analyze trends and identify business opportunities in Europe and America
Develop innovative business strategies to maximize reach
Providing information by answering questions and requests

A University degree or equivalent qualification related to business developing is recommended.
Strong presentation skills is essential.
Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
Ability to call potential clients with confidence.
Experience in translation field is a plus +++
