Job Description
- Lead the team of Business Developers
- Research prospective customers in the target market
- Maintain relationships with current customers, incl. receiving and implementing client feedback
- Understand the company's product offerings, competitors in the industry, and the business' position in the market
- Contact leads to identify their business needs and offer them the company’s services
- Research on target client business for maximum effectiveness of sales calls and emails
- Market the company’s services through targeted email to qualified leads
- Follow up on client projects’ progress and provide status updates to clients
- Ensure the highest customer satisfaction and focus on cross-selling to existing clients
- Keep a daily log of outbound calls and emails to qualified leads
- Collecting market information to analyze trends and identify business opportunities in Europe and America
- Develop innovative business strategies to maximize reach
- Providing information by answering questions and requests
Job Requirements
- A University degree or equivalent qualification related to business developing is recommended.
- Strong presentation skills is essential.
- Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Ability to call potential clients with confidence.
- Experience in translation field is a plus +++
