Job Purpose:
Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure strategies align with business objectives, improve brand visibility, and drive online engagement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Social media: Oversee and manage the company’s social media channels to ensure consistent branding and engagement.
- Campaign Development: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to meet company objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize and improve campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Campaign Management: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and target audiences, ensuring campaigns are relevant and impactful.
- Community Engagement: Engage with followers on social media to foster relationships, build brand loyalty, and drive community growth.
- KPI Tracking: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and ROI of marketing efforts. Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
- (SEO): Optimize website content and digital assets for search engines to improve rankings, organic traffic, and visibility.
Operational Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and alignment with business goals. Optimize workflows, manage resources, and troubleshoot any issues to ensure campaign effectiveness and efficiency
Management Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular management reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, including key insights, metrics, and recommendations for improvement. Ensure reports are clear, accurate, and actionable to guide decision-making at the management level.

2. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is often preferred.
3. Experience:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with exposure to various digital channels (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, etc.).
