Job Description
- Manage Real Estate Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns tailored to the real estate market, ensuring maximum reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Utilize Digital Marketing Tools & Strategies: Leverage a variety of digital marketing tools and strategies (including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing) to optimize campaign performance.
- Campaign Analysis: Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to refine strategies for future campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, creative, and content teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and the seamless execution of campaigns.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, especially those specific to real estate, and implement best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns within the real estate industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of the sector’s unique needs and challenges.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, strategies, and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SEM, analytics tools, etc.).
- Ability to analyze campaign data and performance metrics to optimize results and drive ROI.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, and content teams.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for digital marketing and real estate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
