Job Description
- Meet with departments stakeholders to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of different projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with management as well as other staff members.
- Monitor Projects reporting and assist team in reporting to top Management and stakeholders.
- Oversee project budget and ensure finances are well managed.
- Forecast projects pipeline and build capacity and team competencies accordingly.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Engineering - PMP is an additional asset.
- 10-15+ years of experience in project management.
- Detailed knowledge of resource planning and financial planning.
- Proven success in using sporadic data to develop milestones, WBS , bottlenecks & inter-dependencies
- Experience in managing contracts, budgets, and project production.
- Proficient in MS Office, Ex (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects and Teams
- Excellent in English (written & oral)
- Ability to travel and work in KSA.
