Job Description

Office Manager Duties

  • Ensuring managers are consistently following procedures. Tracking full staff performance and satisfaction. 
  • Studying policies and procedures to improve them. Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity. 
  • Working with other departments within the organization to ensure that they are meeting goals and that their needs are being met.
  • Report to the management superior to them on the department’s progress Overseeing general office operations. Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels. Creating presentations and other management-level reports.

HR Manager Duties 

  • Manage the company’s human resources department, including hiring new employees and overseeing employee training and development programs Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including editing the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, and any deductions or compensation. 
  • Prepare monthly payroll & issue pay slips Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions, or assignments. 
  • Responsible for reviewing the absence cases & take the required disciplinary action upon company policy Responsible for posting the allowances and penalties Assist in keeping employees' hiring documents completed. 
  • Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance, and building a strong relationship with them.
  • Responsible for the medical and social insurance file editing, cancellation, and following up with the medical insurance provider.
  • Review all the mobile invoices for all the company employees and prepare a report to the finance

Job Requirements

 

  • B.a  of Business Administration or any relevant degree 
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager from 9 to 14 years of experience 
  • Solid knowledge of local Egyptian social and labor laws
  • High sense of responsibility, great commitment, high flexibility, high confidentiality
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
  • Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
