Job Description

  • Manage & organize the daily administrative functions and keep the CEO informed and focused on priority issues.
  • Acting as the first point of contact: Screening telephone calls, taking messages, and responding to queries.
  • Manage all necessary business travel arrangements, schedules, transportation, airlines booking, and accommodation for the CEO.
  • General office duties, such as organizing and maintaining files, answering phones, purchasing supplies, and operating office equipment.
  • Managing CEO's personal and business diaries.
  • Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and interviews.
  • Contact other departments as necessary to gather information to prepare reports for the CEO.
  • Preparing for board meetings, which includes drafting agendas, gathering and printing all necessary documents, and organizing refreshments.
  • Forwarding or replying to emails and correspondence addressed to CEO.
  • Attends meetings and documenting a professional meeting minutes reflecting all information relayed during the meeting accurately and follow up assigned projects status as required.
  • Prepares and maintain agendas, action topics and issues list, and plans; ensuring professional follow up with other involved parties and preparing a status report for any assigned work projects as required.
  • Performs any other miscellaneous job related to CEO Office duties.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. 
  • Proven management experience as an office manager for +5 years.‎
  • Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
  • Excellent business writing skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fluency in English is a must.
