Job Description
Brouq Developments is hiring presentable receptionist & adm . , Brouq is a leading real estate developer dedicated to creating exceptional communities that enhance lives. The company is located in New Cairo and focuses on delivering high-quality real estate projects.
Job responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
2. Proven work experience in any related administrative role from 1 to 3 years preferred in real state
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
8. New Cairo or nearby residences preferred
