Job Description

 Job Purpose:                                                                                                                                                

  • 360imaging is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist who will work to enhance the productivity and efficiency of our sales team.
  • Key responsibilities include the coordination of sales training and supporting programs and projects that will significantly drive customer acquisition, customer expansion, and increased market share. 
  • This position will work closely with Sales Operations, Product Marketing, and L&D to analyze materials and processes and to deliver learning programs that maximize the effectiveness of the sales organization.
    Duties and Responsibilities:                                                                                                                  
  • Implements strategies and programs to improve the quality and quantity of sales activities during each stage of the sales process.
  • Coordinates the delivery of sales training curriculum, programs, and procedures.
  • Coordinates sales on-boarding for various sales roles with the objective of reducing ramp time and increasing productivity.
  • Supports the delivery of quarterly training programs.
  • Deliver sales presentations email templates and training sales organization, and other internal functions as appropriate.
  • Acting as a liaison between the sales, marketing, operations, and senior management
  • Conducting market research and gathering feedback.
  • Help in continuously improving the sales team’s process and workflow according to dynamic changes in the business.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 2 years in sales, sales enablement, or marketing roles, ideally with a technology company 
  • Ability to create presentations and other sales support assets, in concert with marketing
  • Excellent speaking, listening, writing, and presentations skills 
  • Project/Program Management experience
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skillset
  • Strategic Thinking
