Job Description
- Responsible for the Hiring Process (Creating job posts/Screen CVs/Sending interview invitations for applicants / Making face-to-face interviews and following up on the next interviews technical and final).
- Previous CV from our database system (recruitment tracker sheet.
- Handel all the contracts process from issuance to renewal.
- Open Bank Accounts for DT employees.
- Send welcome emails for new employees.
- On-boarding for new employees.
- Developing Organizational Chart.
- Job analysis.
- Development and Training (arrange internal general training for new employees and external training for DT employees.
- Collect all Evaluation data from Evaluation sheets.
- Recording daily vacations in the vacations sheet.
- DT internal Policies update.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related in field.
- DT portfolio Training.
- 2 years of solid experience in the HR field.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
- Good command of English and Arabic language.
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
