Job Description
- Responsible for day to day operations related to imports of goods.
- Communicate will foreign suppliers in order to fulfill all order requests.
- Tracking shipments and following up clearance.
- Update records on ERP system for purchased process.
- Continuously update the suppliers' price lists and distribution agreements.
- Follow up and update supplier’s statement.
- Continuous searching and contacting of potential suppliers to achieve highest quality and lowest prices for the targeted products.
Job Requirements
- University bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
- Has 2- 3 years experience as Foreign Purchasing Specialist.
- Excellent fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
