Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team, working on exciting projects for top F&B brands in Egypt and the Gulf region.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop creative content strategies tailored to F&B clients, highlighting their unique brand stories.
  • Design and schedule high-quality posts, including photos, videos, reels, and engaging captions that reflect the client's branding.
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers during content creation.

Platform Management:

  • Manage and grow F&B clients’ presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and more.
  • Ensure consistent posting schedules and optimal timing for audience engagement.

Community Engagement:

  • Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
  • Monitor reviews and feedback, ensuring professional responses that enhance client reputations.

Advertising and Campaign Execution:

  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Optimize campaign performance using A/B testing and audience insights.

Trend Analysis and Reporting:

  • Stay ahead of F&B trends, seasonal themes, and platform updates to create relevant and timely content.
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, conversions) and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.

Client Collaboration:

  • Work closely with account managers and clients to understand their brand objectives and target audience.
  • Provide strategic social media recommendations and contribute to brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing social media accounts.
  • Previous experience working with F&B brands or within a marketing agency is preferred.
  • A genuine passion for food and the F&B industry is a must, with the ability to translate that enthusiasm into creative content.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools relevant to the F&B industry.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, collaborating with designers, photographers, and other content creators to bring campaigns to life.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
