Job Description
- Lead the ocean freight operations team to meet customers satisfaction
- Ensure the status of the shipment updated
- Ensuring the integrity of import / export documentation such as Bills.
- Timely preparation of import / export documentation shipments requirement.
- Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating to all relevant departments.
- Verification of all freight invoices
- Manage all customer service issues with vendors and inform customers accordingly.
- Maintaining of system data requirements and always ensuring integrity.
- Maintain logistics of records.
- Track shipments across different channels.
- Resolve problems that are related to transportation and logistics systems.
- Develop weekly tracking reports, outline/schedule for All open orders.
- Comply with all Applicable Laws and regulations related to Health, Safety Rules
- Maintaining a good relationship & interaction with team members and clients
- Responsibility in achieving company`s objectives, maintain a professional and tidy appearance.
- Leverage team performance by coaching & training them
- Evaluate team performance according to the company performance management system

Job Requirements
