Job Description
- Coordinate and track shipments from origin to final destination.
- Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment processes.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork as needed.
- Schedule deliveries and arrange transportation methods based on shipment requirements.
- Handle logistics issues such as delays, damages, or returns efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions in ERP or inventory management systems.
- Prepare reports on delivery status, inventory movement, and transportation costs.
- Assist in optimizing logistics workflows and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Logistics department
- food industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with shipping documentation, customs regulations, and transportation methods.
- Experience using logistics or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
