Job Description
- Actively sell the company’s full range of FMCG food and beverage products to supermarkets, retailers, and local shops in Nasr City.
- Secure and manage regular orders from clients, ensuring continuous product availability.
- Promote and expand the presence of the company’s private label products within existing and new accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor competitor activities and ensure the company gains market share among competing distributors in the area.
- Ensure the implementation of sales strategies aligned with company targets and objectives.
- Regularly follow up with clients to resolve issues and support their needs.
- Report sales performance, feedback, and market intelligence to management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the company.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Nasr City area and existing client database in the region (supermarkets, groceries, retail outlets).
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow market presence.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
