Job Description
- Greet walk-in customers and provide them with detailed product/service information
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Follow up with potential Customers and convert inquiries into sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Issue invoices and process orders using the internal system
- Maintain organized sales records and customer data
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
- Selling products using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is a must
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience preferably in Home Appliances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, organized, and target-oriented
- Proficient in using sales systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work Rotational Shifts
