Job Description
A senior recruiter plays a crucial role in finding and attracting top talent for their clients. Here are the key responsibilities for this position:
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screening, Assessing Candidates and conducting phone interviews and use behavioral-based interview techniques to evaluate skills and experience.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Maintain relationships with hiring managers and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Diversify initiatives by networking and acquiring talent from diverse backgrounds.
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive).
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
- Experience in Oil & Gas industry is a must.
- Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Monster,Naukrigulf and Indeed.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Github and Stack Overflow
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Team spirit
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field.
