Job Description
The chosen s/he will be responsible for:
- Responding to clients’ inquiries via inbound, outbound calls, and e-mails.
- Providing clients with the needed information about our services, packages, and pricing.
- Receiving clients’ problems and complaints and helping them to solve the problem.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Contacting potential and current clients to measure their satisfaction and get feedback.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Updating records & DB of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure outstanding service to clients.

The best-fit candidate should be:
- Age no more than 25 years old.
- Females or males.
- University degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of proven work experience as a Customer Service Agent.
- Cairo and Giza residents only
- Good command of the English language.
- Good user of MS Office Kit.
- Knowledge of the digital market is a plus.
- Excellent communication and Customer care skills.
- Excellent Effective listening skills and open to feedback.
- Social, lovely, and friendly personality.
