Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls. The main responsibility will be responding to customer inquiries, making follow-up calls, and providing support to resolve customer issues or answer their questions efficiently and effectively.
- Handle inbound calls from customers and respond to their inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to existing or potential customers.
- Provide technical support or required information to customers.
- Enter and update customer data in internal systems.
- Prepare daily reports using Excel and Word as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service.
