Job Description
- Provide conceptual drawings / design sketches and reports are required for schematic, design development, production and installation phases of projects.
- Prepare and submit all related drawings according to the project specification
- To review the structural and architectural drawings and prepare detailed engineering drawings for aluminum and glazing works
- Analyze and study all Project Elements including the BOQ, Specification, IFC drawings
- Prepare / check the material "take-off" of all materials required for the project as per specification
- Research and draft blueprints, engineering plans, and graphics.
- Develop test prototypes.
- Use design software to develop models and drawings of new products.
- Maintain existing engineering records and designs.
- Assess all engineering prototypes to determine issues or risks.
- Following the manufacturing process of all designs.
- Coordinate with other engineers, management, and the creative department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design/Architecture engineering.
- A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Must have experience in façade “ Aluminum and glass ” system .
- Accurate and strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and popular design software (AutoCAD).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
