Internship Description
- Administer and manage production jobs and critical system workflows.
- Analyze and act upon system logs, alerts, and debugging information to identify and resolve issues.
- Proactively “drain” traffic from affected clusters during maintenance or outages to minimize service disruption.
- Perform rollbacks of failed or problematic software deployments to restore service integrity.
- Implement traffic control mechanisms such as blocking or rate-limiting to mitigate malicious or excessive requests.
- Scale infrastructure by bringing up additional serving capacity as needed to handle increased load.
- Utilize monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., dashboards, automated alerts) to maintain situational awareness and respond to incidents promptly.
