Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Specialist to support the company’s technology infrastructure and provide technical assistance to staff. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in hardware, software, networking, and user support, with a strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware (computers, servers, printers, etc.) and software systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users (in person and remotely).
- Monitor and maintain network performance, servers, and internet connections.
- Ensure system security through firewalls, antivirus solutions, and data backups.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and email systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software purchases and repairs.
- Support the setup and maintenance of company systems like CRM, ERP, or internal platforms.
- Assist in IT documentation, inventory tracking, and asset management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT support or system administration (2–4 years preferred).
- Knowledge of operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with cloud services, backup systems, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
