Job Description
• Account relationship manager is responsible for all aspects of a customer’s and teachers relationship with the company.
.He/She will work closely with all customer-facing departments in the company to ensure that each customer and teacher receives the highest standards of service.
• Help customers and teachers through phone, Email, online presentations, and in-person meetings.
•Understand customer needs and requirements.
•Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
