Job Description
- Psychological guidance for employees working in Trust & Safety (content moderation),
- Support teams, managers and individuals on psychological issues.
- Advisory role to W&R Site Lead and W&R Program Manager
- Offering dedicated help in (possible) threatening psychological situations.
- Supporting group sessions on mental health.
- Looking after the psychological wellbeing of individuals.
- Organizing consultation hours for new hires, permanent employees, managers and leavers.
- Data gathering about agreed KPI’s with the W&R PM.
- Offering creative solutions and implementation of new approaches.
- Network and exchange experiences among other counselors throughout Majorel.
- Creating selection assessments for candidates of T&S positions.
- Providing different types of psychological support
- Providing 1to1 private counseling sessions
- Providing Group sessions and training sessions
- Providing scientific material, PPTs, and handouts
- Screening and Profiling
- Cases documentation
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Adapt with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods..
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
- Very good Microsoft skills (Excel – Powrerpoint –Word)
Professional background
- Bachelor degree in Psychology
- Clinical Psychology Diploma/Masters
- 5 years or more experience in guiding employees with mental or psychological issues related to the work floor.
- Clinical and field work experience
- Social support on fieldwork experiences with NGOs or Companies

- Being an empathic personality who is able to understand the feelings of others and able to reflect on them.
- Able to sense up coming changes in the organization and report to independent stakeholders in order to improve work conditions on behalf of employees.

- Be and stay accredited as Psychologist and or as a member of a company counselor (social worker) professional association and stay accredited.
