Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Address employee issues and implement resolutions while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in compensation and benefits administration.
- Conduct market research to benchmark salaries and benefits, making recommendations for improvements.
Organizational Development:
- Assist in the design and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting and employee evaluations.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proficient in HR software and tools, with strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- A firm, professional, friendly, and respectful personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- A genuine appreciation for people, treating manpower as the company's most important asset.
- Organized and able to work independently, with a passion for creating initiatives from scratch and a desire to learn continuously.
