Job Description
- Support HR Integration lead and project manager in integrating newly acquired businesses.
- Participate in HRIS systems implementation activities including configuration, documentation, testing, and project review sessions related to Integration
- Assist the global HRBP and People Ops team in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies, procedures and programs
- Identify opportunities to improve the employee experience and streamline processes.
- Applying strong analytical skills to interpret and analyze trends and metrics (e.g., hiring statistics, employee surveys, attrition information) to develop data-infused solutions
- Monitor and respond to end-user requests regarding system complications or malfunctions
Maintains accuracy of employee information on BambooHR. Maintains document management structure and ensures ongoing organization of information and documentation.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in BambooHR, a similar HRIS system, or relevant IT experience
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment
- Passion and eagerness to learn about, design, and implement innovative P&C solutions;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with internal clients and stakeholders, work closely together as part of a team and lead teams and project deliverables, in English. Fluency in other languages is considered an asset.
- Ability to think analytically and with a big-picture perspective; anticipate downstream impacts to system changes
- Adaptability and ability to support our fast-growing workplace.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with a high level of service and professionalism.
- Experience with HR integrations in a M&A environment (asset)
