Internship Description
- Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing onboarding documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all HR-related information.
- Support the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate new hire orientations and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and documentation as required by management.
- Assist in organizing employee training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Help manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment and changes.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
Internship Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with employee information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with HRIS or other human resources management systems is a plus.
