Job Description
We are a technology company based in Saudi Arabia focusing on Digital Content and software development. On-Site Digital Product Manager is currently required for our branch in Cairo, Egypt.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understanding the portfolio and being responsible for the product planning, roadmap and launching.
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.
- Executing A/B tests to validate product ideas and concepts.
- Primary customer interface responsible for the product support, product utilization, and change requests.
- Educating the customer how to best use the product.
- Drive product and feature launches and communication with customers and key stakeholders.
- Preparing user manuals and educational materials for the product.
- Conducting User Acceptance Test (UAT) of the product and reporting of any issue.
Job Requirements
- +4 Years experience in a similar role.
- Solid experience in the product development lifecycle.
- Solid experience in software and digital solutions.
- Knowledge of Agile software development and Agile product development.
- Solid experience in customer journey, customer experience, UI, and UX.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
