Job Description
- Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems and equipment used in the pulses production process.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance production efficiency.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, manuals, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations within the manufacturing environment.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on machinery operation and maintenance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food processing or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and machinery maintenance.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards is a plus.
